Because domain transfers are a manual process, conveyance of domains can sometimes take up to 48 hours. During the checkout process, we will gather information from you regarding where you want your domain(s) parked. As always, we wish to make this process as quick and painless as possible and welcome your input. For those purchasing consulting services, web design, and/or a trademark registration package, optional installment payments may be applicable. |

| Yes! Once the purchase is complete, all domains and artwork will be transferred to you and removed permanently from our website. We will never sell the same domain or logo twice and you will have full control over the use of the materials. Once the transfer process is complete, we will no longer be in the picture and you can begin using the material. |

| Please keep your registration active for at least 1 year. Domains do have yearly renewal fees - and we suggest you renew your domain each year. For convenience purposes, most registration sites will allow you to register your domain for up to 10 years with discounts for multiple years. Once you have purchased the domain from us - this renewal process will be your sole responsibility. Renewal registration prices vary depending on the regisrar, but typically the registration renewal costs will averages about $7.00 per year. |

| Once the domain transfer process is complete, the WHOIS database will be updated. It typically takes a few hours for WHOIS data to update once the change notice has been submitted- although some registrars are faster than others. Typically your WHOIS information will be updated within 48 hours from time of purchase. |
